Concrete Leveling Services
Step 1: Drill Small Holes
We start by drilling small, strategically placed holes in the sunken concrete slab. These holes are typically around ⅝ of an inch in diameter and allow for precise injection of the polyurethane foam.
Step 2: Pump It Up
Next, we pump an expanding polyurethane foam beneath the slab. As the foam expands, it lifts and levels the concrete, filling voids and stabilizing the foundation. The process is carefully controlled to ensure an even and accurate lift.
Step 3: Patch Drill Holes
Once the concrete is leveled, we fill and seal the drilled holes with a strong, durable material that blends with the existing concrete. This ensures a smooth and seamless finish.
Step 4: Clean and Enjoy
With the slab restored, we clean up the work area, leaving your property looking great. The repaired surface is ready for use almost immediately, with minimal downtime.
